We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products from date of delivery.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain items (personal care items opened, custom orders) are non-returnable.
How to start a return
Email hello@earthbloomcrafts.com with your order number. We’ll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for an exchange.
